Avian Products and Services
(SPAFAS), recently moved into
its newly-expanded laboratories in
Willimantic, Conn. Production in the
8,500 sq. ft. facility is being initiated
in three phases, with the first phase,
valued at $1.9 million, completed
mid-June.
»The Poultry Federation and
the University of Arkansas have
opened a new veterinary diagnostic
laboratory in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The laboratory will offer NPIP
mycoplasma and pullorum testing
for both chicken and turkey flocks;
along with other services.
