Jarvis Products offers the Trio F TC SMS
soft meat, horizontal slicing machine
to the North American market. The
machine can cut chicken breast fillets
and turkey breast fillets into two to
four 0.2-0.6 inch slices, with or without
separation, at line speeds up to 200 fillet
pieces per minute. All slices can be kept
together and left on top of each other. All
parts that come in contact with the meat
are made either from stainless steel or
food-grade plastic.
